I'm often called in to resolve complex or sensitive employment problems, to advise on the strategy and implementation of change programmes (whether large scale redundancies, restructuring or relocations) and, of course, to deal with difficult industrial relations issues. (Read about Simon's particular experience and expertise.)

Like everyone at e3 my focus is always on achieving my client's goal and, just as importantly, doing so in the way that they want to achieve it.

Away from work, I used to be heavily involved in a variety of sports. Now I have three young children; so I don't do much sport and I am just heavy. I am a season ticket holder at my beloved Liverpool FC which has proved ample preparation for dealing with the emotional rollercoaster of parenthood.
