I have over 19 years experience advising businesses on all aspects of employment law. I have advised clients, large and small, from many different sectors, including chemicals, retail, manufacturing and professional services.  I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

I am best known for my advice on TUPE and guiding employers through restructuring and change programmes.  (Read about Dan's particular experience and expertise.)

Clients tell me that my main strengths as a lawyer are my straightforward, easy to understand style and my solution-focused approach to what can often be complex legal scenarios.

Along with my colleagues at e3, my primary focus will always be to achieve the desired outcome for my clients and doing so in the most effective way.

Away from work, most of my time is taken up with our two children although I try to take part in triathlons as often as I can.  I have also recently qualified as an FA licensed football coach and have season tickets for Manchester City.  The latter often results in accusations that I'm a glory hunter - who could have predicted that 10 years ago!
